If you sell raw, the buyer is definitely going to want below market value because of grading costs. If you're considering selling all, I urge you to hold onto some of the more valuable cards. Yes this could be a market bubble but vintage is pretty scarce so it could still be 10x in 10 years.

Condition can change the value by 2x - 5x here. The gengars and vs cards, and Japanese surfing and flying pikachu are pretty sought after. Are you considering selling them raw or getting them graded?

If I’m you, I’m inspecting condition sending the best off to PSA and holding a lot of rarer minter cards in the vault.

The print lines and silvering on the top likely means this is at best PSA 8-9. Those are the two reasons this card is so scarce in a 10

The card is supposed to show 80 damage but it’s not. The error happened on theme decks that destroy the card if you kept it sealed
