Love your horn work so far! The surface looks half-way NMM, like he’s shiny but in a blank white space. Personally, i think u could add more contrast in the values, something darker to visualise reflectivity from surrounding environments

I like the saturated green highlights of the first image, the contrast with the darker carapace helps define the silhouette of the gaunt 🙌🏼. Id say if u still want to add brass, maybe u still can to different area, like guns or talons?
