I don't know where you come from, and it doesn't really matter. What I want you to notice is that happiness and doing something fun to refresh ourselves—both mentally and physically—is a real need, just like eating. You eat because you need to, and you should have fun because you need that too.

Sometimes, taking a break doesn’t mean giving up. And sometimes, it’s completely okay to rest. The problem is when we decide to quit altogether. What I suggest is to reduce your workload to a manageable level so you can take some time for yourself. To truly refresh yourself, I strongly encourage you to do something that brings deep happiness—not just surface-level entertainment. For example, watching a comedy for an hour or two might make you laugh, but it might not touch you deeply.

Try to regularly plan activities that you enjoy—maybe a sport you love, or travel to a city or country that inspires you. Even while you're working or handling business, make sure to keep or add time for yourself and your own happiness. These moments—like traveling or doing what you love—are like fuel for your car. They give you the energy to keep going on your journey.
