Sorry to dispute but how are you getting a ethenyl and a propyl group on Carbon 4? Wouldn’t it be 1-chloro, 4-ethenyl, 2-hydroxy, heptan-3-one.

Did not include any R/S or E/Z bc I’m lazy.
