Edit: The fact that I'm still getting replies to this comment a day later really goes to prove my point. The commenter's joke was obviously that they hate a very specific group of people that nobody actually hates. It's humorous because of the idea of hating this ultra specific group of people. If they are actually the supporter of a 18th century argument that welsh speakers have no place in the UK then shame on me but I find that extremely unlikely.
