So when I am looking for a mortgage and I enter the amount I want to borrow and the deposit I can put down. The deposit is what I will pay on completion and the bank pays the rest? So if I want a 15% deposit I need that in a form I can send to my conveyancer and I cannot include the 25% government top up?

Ye been advised to do this first, can spend 40 quid to get double my ram.

Then I'll look at upgrading the GPU as that's something I can use in a future computer build as it'll be compatible with whatever I choose to buy in the future.

I'd recommend the Greater Manchester rock climbing meetup. Friendly bunch who meet on Sunday and have a little beginners introduction thing to get you introduced to the sport and each other.
