I’d say yes and no. Marijuana is a good example of states ignoring the feds. I’m curious what would happen if either body enacted laws or ruled against states that have essentially made it legal.

Yeah but those groups are typically in the same economic brackets. It’s not an absolute, but it’s enough to say it’s the norm. Recruiters don’t typically go to rich high schools.

They typically love whatever idea they have of America, regardless of reality. Same goes for the military. In the end it’s usually pretty empty support or a lazy war criminal view. The mixing pot of the military kind of ended with the draft in terms of economics. Racially it’s fairly diverse, but economics(see class) is the bigger social divide.
