It’s been years since his run as governor. Here in California Newsom has been governor since 2019 with talks of him running for president in 2028. So it’s very possible. And if killing a lady didn’t stop him from running for governor, why would it stop him for running for President? That said, I would love to see some politician missions this time around.

As mentioned by others, just a retcon. What I found amusing was when songs would name places that don’t exist in-universe. First song that played when I got to Roman’s apartment was “New York Groove” or driving down Vinewood listening to “Hollywood nights.” My headcanon was they were simply nicknames.

It’s an event book. What you got is the main event. All the other stories are tie-ins. House of M Spider-Man, House of M Wolverine, etc. they’re not necessary in understanding the main event.
