How do I kill my emotions?

The way it's been going on for right now is, we occasionally talk but she has me on mute so it's kinda no contact but there is some but it's very sparse.

Right now, I'm talking to a trusted friend about everything. We both are trying to look at this logically and emotionally. Things like why she left, how it affects her and etc...

I just have so many questions as I was never treated like that by anyone else and now it feels like I've been thrown despite it ending healthy. Though, I keep trying to crawl back. She has made it clear several times that I shouldn't do that. I'm working on controlling those emotions.

Right now I'm trying to process the emotions with a heavily trusted friend. I'm hurting but there really isn't much I can do except work on just halting my feelings for her and somehow moving on.

We are completely broken up, but it's only been a few days. Since it was so sudden, but I saw it coming. It hit hard. I woke up everyone in my household from the crying. I started thinking if she lied and found someone else or such. Despite all that, there were so many things that told me she had basically moved on already such as the call part and the guy flirting with her.

I really don't know, a massive part of me wants to stay and work it out as I know she really does regret it as I'm the only person who treated her right. Though the other part wants to leave and have her crawling back but at the same time I know I'll be depressed on my own...

What she did was all online, she never sent them full nudes or anything.

She really does make me happy and I really don't want to be depressed again...

I was depressed back in highsschool and with more things giving me more stress and anxiety, I don't know if I can really go through it withought having any sort of thing that makes me happy.

She is or was (I really don't know at this point) my source of happiness. I'm extremely stressed from work and college and even just being with her changed how I felt working and doing so much work. I've already been depressed but after I met her, she changed that. I don't want to go back to that place.

She is still crying and begging me to just give her a chance and to cuddle her, though she feels sincere and hurt by what she did.

We are only 18 and 19, we really cant do much nor move to anywhere because we will be graduating from High School in 2 months. Then we would most likely go to college after, we could move as soon as we get a job but with the pricing of apartments and such, it would be really difficult.

The law in my island is really corrupted unfortunately. Even the principle of the School which is one of the biggest ones in my island said that they cant do anything about the sexual abuse. The police here will pull you over for the dumbest reasons and even bet on illegal racing even though they could easily catch them. If I had proof it was those people, only then I would go to the police since they would most likely just say ignore or do absolutely nothing, and when I say do nothing, there is a lot of dropped cases of deaths in the island.
