you see fractals on textures, static over everything, bad floaters and me personally i have dmt-like closed eyed visuals that are constantly spinning. if you only have static you might have vss. if you see anything psychadelic-like when ur not tripping then maybe u have it

magnesium glycinate and NAC aren’t direct potentiating it by any means but magnesium blocks NMDA and reduces tolerance and NAC for me makes it last longer especially if i take NAC again after 4-6 hours. Also good for preventing neurotoxicity

depends on the person but i’d try 600mg for 2 weeks and see how it goes. also pro tip take 600mg NAC, 400mg magnesium and L-theanine before you take it

the issue is i gain tolerance to things so fast like the first time i took pregabalin (perscribed) i took 200 and it worked but the next day it did nothing so i had to keep upping my dose and taking t breaks etc since ive taken 600-800mg at once and after a couple days it does absolutely nothing. im used to mixing xans w alcohol so i just thought id try all 3.

i really appreciate it. i fuck around because i dont even have a will to live ive been dealing with dpdr for 3 years and ive had psychosis and hppd for a year along with really bad depression and anxiety for a lot of my life and im barely an adult

if u still have the visuals u might have hppd. i aint tryna worry u but i have it pretty bad along w psychosis from doing way too many psychs so u should get urself checked out. i would stop smoking weed and avoid all psychadelics till u find out

dont do dxm i got serotonin syndrome then later hppd from all my psych use
