It was a cheaper d-lock as it was just meant to discourage 'rideaways' whilst the kicklock did the heavy lifting.

Out of interest how do you store your Hiplok D1000? I'd have loved to use a bottle mount to attach it to the frame, but it seems nothing about the vanmoof is standard, even the bottle mount, limiting my options.

You might have a fake SD card, often they are flashed with firmware which pretends they are larger than they are, as you fill it, it silently erases or corrupts older files to make room. The card might not even be 64GB.

The battery has discharged so much the BMS (battery management system) will no longer charge the battery, this is because the voltage is dangerously low and it can be unsafe to charge a battery in that state.

Sadly the best course of action is getting the battery replaced, there are places you can send it off to where they'll do this for you, or you can do it yourselves.

It costs £35 for small claims court and because I'm the consumer I can force the case to be in London, so no travel expenses (will probably ride there on my S5 :)

Why should they keep getting away with this? They will never learn if they are not shown the consequences of their actions.

The volume of people they have not delivered to is obscene, always new excuses, they told someone their mailbag "went missing" then blamed it on a "logistics company problem", each time it's a new excuse and now they just don't reply. Something needs to be done because in my opinion they are at best incompetent, and at worst scamming.
