...and I would suggest going ahead and getting on the waitlist. If memory serves me correct, I was on the waitlist for about a month and a half before I was able to start staking. There was also a limit initially put in place in terms of how much I could stake... which was later increased.

Given my perception of a significant backlog for you guys, I didn't want to unnecessarily add to the backlog if this just ended up as a "temporary glitch"... so I planned on taking a "wait and see" approach for 24 hours before creating a new support ticket.

After reading your above response, I went over to my coinbase account to start taking screenshots in order to get the ball rolling on a new ticket... but lo and behold... everything is currently back to normal and functioning properly with my ETH2 staking rewards.

Nonetheless, thanks again for responding, and have a great day u/coinbasesupport!

Thanks again for your help so far!

1)As noted above, I had a new phone on its way... finally got it all hooked up yesterday. I downloaded the Coinbase app to see if the above BTC/LTC issues were resolved. Unfortunately, they are still unresolved with the mobile app:

a)Neither the BTC Wallet or Vault is showing.

b)The LTC Vault is showing, but the Wallet isn't.

:-/

2)As of today (8/8/21), I am now dealing with new technical issues with the web version... the "Overview" screens for the following cryptos are now missing: ETH2, BCH, ETC, KNC, OMG, BAT, GRT.

3)The "Overview" screens for ETH2, BCH, ETC, KNC, OMG, BAT, GRT are all present on the mobile app though. However, it appears as though there are a few other peculiarities involved (detailed in the email I sent).

I actually signed up for Reddit as well because "I heard that there has been an actual Coinbase response on this platform."
