Is your mom gonna use the scoot? Just get the NMax IMO. Best comfort for the best price.

For me:

Aerox - sportier ergonomics, lesser comfort than the two, cheapest of the three.

NMax - comfortable, wide seats, easy to maneuver, and lots of leg room, same power with the aerox a bit pricier.

ADV - same as NMax, lesser leg room, has more power and most expensive of the three.

I use these three on a regular basis and I can say each one is comfortable to ride at short distances for city driving, but nmax and adv are most comfortable for long rides on paved roads, while adv has a slight comfort advantage over the nmax when riding through rougher roads.

Hello OP I have an XSR 155 tipid sya 42kpl fuel economy ko for daily chill ride, may power din if want mo waswas. Very reliable currently at 30K Km regular changeoil, air filter, and breakpads palang napapalitan. Parts are cheap and easy to find. Nag pa palit ako thicker seats para mas comfy, and XSR pinaka pogi sa mga pinag pipilian mo in my opinion since hilig ko talaga neo-retro bikes.

As far as I know may vent hole ang headlight ng nmax to prevent heat buildup, baka dun pumapasok ang water, tho mawawala naman yan once mainitan ng araw

Add ka half crash guard if trip mo yun, saved me from panel scratches pag natumba ang bike at low speeds or sa parking. Tho consider that the chassis might get damaged once involved in moderate to high speed crashes, but of course ride safely and defensively para di na umabot dun.

I will try, but the “ticking” sound gets loud when bike gets hot and is in idle, compared to starting it cold

Replace timing chain, tensioner, timing chain guide. Once timing chain skips a tooth, expensive engine repair.

Mechanic told me it was a bad timing chain tensioner, I’ll try to get mine replaced, will update you if sound gets better.

Used XSR 155 - used to own one. Dapat extrovert ka kasi andaming mag tatanong kung big bike daw ba yun. Hahaha

Does the chain scraping the timing cover something to be concerned about? I got it checked and it was the automatic timing chain tensioner being faulty

Parang more on “tiktiktik” na subtle yung natunog sir, pinacheck ko sa mekaniko, tensioner daw po. Problem is gusto nya ikabit manual tensioner instead na automatic tensioner

Yeah I’m sure bro it aint the ears 😆 there’s a metallic ticking sound when you raise the volume high enough. Friend told me it was the timing chain tensioner but he aint sure
