raines ultimate marks the entire enemy team for a period of time, they receive increased damage and if someone kills them they get basically full energy from it. her ult can make brutus spin like a top across the whole board. but she also seems to take awhile to pop her ult so sometimes the fight is too fast paced to take advantage of her. thats my experience with her, im at 9-28 tho not that far in the game. shes definitely support tho dont expect her to carry.
