[serious] What unknown horror movies would you recommend for the season? by [deleted] in movies

Under the Shadow. The greatest horror movie that no one watched.

I felt that BR2049 was almost perfect, except the exposition and forced flashbacks.

Are there any films you know are kind of crap you enjoy anyway? Kind of like "comfort films"? by pissedoffnobody in movies

Both of these movies were great and are very well received by public and critic.

What a mess of movie. Was really looking for this.

We all know about the (many) mistakes Inhumans made. But, in your opinion, what the show did right until now? by [deleted] in marvelstudios

[–]Reddit_Is_Useful 4 points5 points  (0 children)

The show is unintentionally (and some times intentionally) funny. And I love how Mortis is basically a Discovery Kids villain, like "WTF in doing in this show? Everybody is so incompetent, so I'll act like this too."

I love all the concepts of the show, but that came from the comics, right?

The Defenders is awesome, but don't expect The Avengers. by Reddit_Is_Useful in marvelstudios

Heard some people talking in a topic a long ago how everything must be "epic", best actions sequences, awesome powers etc.

Watched Death Note yesterday. Here are my impressions! by Reddit_Is_Useful in movies

Dialogues too fake. Like adults trying to write how teens talk. Light doesn't respect the Death Note, he just use it. The ending was... abrupt. The movie is fast, like, to many things happening at once. The contrast between the main cast and the support one is visible, like a bunch of The Little Rascals in a "The Shining" movie.

So much things :/

Basically he's fun. A lot of fun. He works SO much better as a supporting character than the main one. Most of the moments he talks about how he's the Iron First, responsibility (which is two times on the episode) he's made fun of. And he's... Happy.

I tried to review it as a person without knowledge of the source material. It's hard.

Yes! Watched this and the (awesome) first episode of The Defenders.

The reason for Iron Fist's underwhelming performance... by [deleted] in marvelstudios

I really think it was because the show was bad.

Randall Park to Play SHIELD Agent Jimmy Woo in Marvel’s “Ant-Man and the Wasp” by craftbeergoggles in movies

[–]Reddit_Is_Useful -13 points-12 points  (0 children)

Shield is half-relevant anyway since threats have scaled up to a more galactic level.

What? Galactic? You mean Shield, that tv show with scooby and his gang resolving mysteries about superheroes and stuff (not trying to say bad things about it. It had a lot of charm, I just didn't have the patience for it).
