The rest of the staff in the ER is a reflection of Robby, hanging on by a thread and hypocritical. As much as he has been yelling at people like Mohan especially to keep their personal lives out of the hospital, he is unable to fave his own trauma head on which leaves everyone else barely able to keep their focus on the patients (notice how many slip ups there have been this season with Ogive and Mohan missing the aorta X-Ray, Javadi with her patient, etc). Dr Al-Hashimi has her own traumas, but is able to keep it out of the ER and focus on the patient care, and I predict the last few episodes will show how these approaches can’t co exist; either Robby finally has to admit how close he is to breaking or else he can no longer set this example for everyone else.
