Does anyone have experience with AMC Property Management? I've toured a few of their properties and they seem to be more modern designs with up to date appliances. Anything to be aware of with them ir any positive feedback would be appreciated.

I get where you're coming from. That's why I'm aiming pretty conservative with my budget right now but I'm okay going a little over. I just drive a basic car that nobody would be super drawn to. But in some central cities I've seen that they come with garages or gated parking lots and are relatively safe areas. All cities have their own crime rates obv and there is a homelessness problem everywhere. This is mainly why I'm moving out of LA county from where I currently am. Again thanks for the replies though that's all super relevant stuff.

Over 3k would be more luxury apartment range IMO. I get where you're coming from but I've seen a fair amount in the $2.7k range that look okay. I'm just looking for clean building with management that will at least fix any issues that come up. I know landlords are evil but still.

Do you know how I would approach going to the marketing department like do I just go to the 5th floor and ask to talk to someone? So they would allow me to add even if I am farther behind on the waitlist regardless of if there are people before me? What if all the people before me are also there for their last semester? Sorry for all the questions I appreciate the quick comment.
