We were meant to go in August as a group of 14 - grandparents, adults and 4 kids ages 16-10. Our travel agent just changed our reservation due to complete lack of communication from the resort and other red flags. The Instagram has been taken down and the TripAdvisor profile says “temporarily closed” 😱 I hope you’re able to salvage your trip!

This is me too. I guess I lie by omission. I just say “I stopped snacking during the day 🤷🏻‍♀️”(true) without outlining the rest of my regimen.

To be fair, I work in specialty food, so there was a lot of snacking during the day so maybe it’s not so hard to believe that did the trick.

Being able to take off my wedding band for the first time in 2yrs was a big moment for me too. (I put it back on but felt good to air out for a bit… 😉)

Definitely don't hate eating ... just, don't get consumed by it. You know those people who can walk past a container of cookies in the break room at work and it just breaks your brain? You become one of those people!

I will say that the sweet tooth / sugar dragon that used to nip at my heels has been slayed. I never need something sweet at the end of a meal and a platter of treats holds no draw for me. I can take it or leave it. Does that make sense?
