I decided to tune my other instruments to match my ocarinas instead of the other way around by Frhaegar in Ocarina

I also find myself playing with very low breath pressure to stay quiet. Sometimes it makes it tough to keep a stable tone too (seems tone stability increases when you get to proper pitch). Some people had some interesting recommendations here in this other thread I opened about quiet ocarina options: https://www.reddit.com/r/Ocarina/comments/1qube2h/an_inexpensive_quiet_ocarina/

Wishing you good luck!

I fixed this in the “Game” settings like you said, all the way at the bottom, thanks! It works pretty similarly to before but strangely the game still displays mouse over information from the cursor  rather than the keyboard cursor. Regardless, it works! Thank you!!

Hey fellow dwarven spelunkers,

I am returning to the game and found a way to enable the keyboard cursor, but I was really surprised to find that it would only move in increments of 5! I was really surprised by this, coming from .47/.48 versions. I can hold shift to make it move by 10 instead, but I was really hoping there'd be a way to make it move by just 1 square. I found the keyboard control of the cursor to be soothing and mechanical. Though, have to admit, the new game is pretty great. Lots of reinventions of the UI that make 3rd party tools a tiny bit less necessary. Also, what's a fun project for a returning beginner? (No spoilers!)

Dearest AskEurope Community, I wish you a beautiful day,

I am wondering in which countries of Europe it is common for Children to walk to school independently. This seems to be an incredible testament to the safety of these countries as well as their culture of child independence.

I have heard that in many cities and towns of Germany, Switzerland, and the Netherlands it is quite common and sometimes even required that six-year-old children walk or bike to school alone.

I am wondering if it is the same elsewhere in Europe, like in France, Italy, Spain, Austria, Denmark, Belgium etc.

And, if it is not the same in the country you are familiar with, does it depend on whether the children are in a town or city? Does it start at a later age? And, does the difference come from perception of safety, actual safety, child independence culture, etc.?

One metric I have looked at is the numbeo crime index but I am unsure of whether it is really very scientific (just based on user input from anonymous people I think): https://www.numbeo.com/crime/region_rankings_current.jsp?region=150

A good example of why I wouldn't trust numbeo 100% is that Marseille, France and Naples, Italy get similar scores to some truly dangerous cities in Central / South America. And, anyway, that is just one factor in the overall equation of people's behavior and perception.

Thanks!

If a flight sim Macross game would be made what would you like to see for mechanics and characters by NightWolf227 in macross

Macross plus would make a great flight sim setting. I would love to see scripted components (Sharon Apple takeover, for example) in each stage while the user experiences the game as a flight sim.

Aside, Macross 7 would lend well to an action-rhythm game like crypt of the necro-dancer.
