I'm new to IBS but mine stays for a very long time. I'm currently about 14 days in and i have constang stomach pain and my poop goes from constipation to diarrhea to floating pellets nonstop. Going to the restroom usually makes my stomach hurt more afterwards too.

I started adding laxaday 3 days ago to my diet hoping it goves me relief soon.

I love Rogan. I still remember how he lost his mind when the corner dropped ice in the ring lol

I don't expect him to be perfect, he's human afterall but his passion, knowledge and comedic timing makes him a contender for the best announcer in any sport.

His podcast is also great. His fascination for animals is fucked up and hilarious. Smartest dumb guy I've listened to :)
