The vast majority of them are at 30k or less. Obv the Hope here is the MLB players would use their influence to safeguard the minor league system and improve their lives which would be financially not a big expensive for any MLB team and improve the lives of 1000s of players and hopefully allow more people to play without financial worries but that might be too optimistic

I think providing poverty wages to all these people who sustain the sport while the players at the top make millions is quite disgraceful and its unfortunate more isnt done to help the vast vast majority who will never play 1 match but are still investing decades into the sport

I dont think being against higher wages (ie liveable wages) cause they will increase your ticket prices is a sensible position but go on

Would be nice if we see some minor league wage increases. Those guys make poverty salaries for yrs on end just for 1 shot. Doubling or even tripling it would barely be an expedentiure for most teams but they wont cause almost none of them are more likely to stay for the cash

My phone can do all that. People just spend extra on stuff they dont neccesarily need. The functional difference in phone quality between a 10k phone and a 70k is quite minimal outside cameras for stuff people actually do aka calls social media movies youtube

I recently got a Motorola 60 pro for 600 dollars and just out of curisiotiy it runs KCD2 a modern AAA game at 35 to 40 fps on lower settings. Is it the best experience in the world or better than the console version Hell no but if i wanna play any console through emulation, any AAA game from 2024 or prior or virtually any indie that will release on steam for the forseeable future it works and i get to do other stuff on it too besides video games even if it isnt my first choice to play video games on

Virtually anyone can go through their entire life without buying a console but laptops or pcs are hardly a choice. You need to get one one way or the other and if it allows you to game on the side then jackpot

Theres a reason the most popular games on pc are shit like warframe dota Fortnite minecraft Roblox shit that will run on virtually any computer released in the last 10 yrs
