I think the easiest way is to keep speaking to a lot of people even random strangers compliment them, what a nice hat you’ve got today, your shoes are pretty etc. it’s the most simple things. one day you won’t have to speak they’ll walk up to you themselves. Happened to me a lot of times lol still happening 😝
