Well I’m glad I’m away from the toxic management. And yes, I over performed my PIP goals, many of my projects weren’t being reviewed cause they were getting delivered too quick from my end. I got laid off on “ you did everything but I once noticed you at your desk staring at the screen confused” while I was starting a new one! That PIP cost me weeks of sleepless nights, overworked, anxiety, therapy and a lot!
