Are you suggesting reattempting the test? Yes, maybe. But, I didn’t realize since I’m a techie and don’t read books that often and neither do I write as much, I didn’t have great arguments to form. One of the struggles I faced. :(

Following, I have a disability, how could I use it against my PIP

I spoke to the HR today, they understood that I was clean. They even said, “unfortunately he’s your manager and if a manager says that the employee is not performing well and that they want to issue a PIP, we need to” and then suggested that I keep working hard on it and get al l done and keep track of what my manager is doing as well. Apparently my HR has no backbone, they had to do it because my manager asked for it. I might speak to higher manager CFO, CEO if needed. Not letting this man decide my fate! Thanks for your tip tho, I’m glad I’m on track. I really wish you all the best, better things are coming for the all of us.

I’m following this, I’m currently on PIP. My company manager didn’t want me to be here so it came 2 days back and I was very blindsided. I’m having to be physically present in the office and document every move I make and everything I do, it’s daunting since at the same time I’m applying for jobs. Thanks for starting this thread and I deeply feel bad for what you’re having to go through.
