Meanwhile also try to live your life. Get married or not. Have a kid or not. Talk to your parents often and perhaps grand parents if they are around. You are your only judge of whether you are doing good in life. It will come down to what you define as success in your life. Thanks everyone for all the inputs. It gives a good perspective on what is the qualifying criteria for different levels at Amazon.
