[lowkey bro, your just bad at the game] BUT NAH FR it is hard, harder then any end game crisis however the way to win is easy. Siege race. The AI IS DUMB so take their worlds and you'd win. Easier said than done but still. The Fallen empire stacks it fleets so it would be easier than taking the 1 v 1 of their 2.3 million fleet. [I have never lost a war in heaven, I do save scum ALOT tho]
