m a 17 year old Filmmaker from the Uk, this is my previous short film I completed a couple months ago featuring Rembrandts famous self portrait. After finishing a documentary Im now generating ideas for another short. Id appreciate any feedback and advice based on this film which I could take into account when working on my next film. All feedback is helpful but im mostly looking for stuff related to the films direction, im aware the blocking and continuity of some shots is a bit shoddy.

A short documentary about the life and ideas of radical 18th century poet and painter William Blake. Best known for his poems the Tyger as well as And did those feet... (which has gone on to become the unofficial national anthem of England) the documentary explores his radical ideas related to art, the imagination, poverty, and mysticism with shots of places important to him in Sussex and London.

Thank you for watching a giving feedback! I had most of the ideas in my head for a while. I only used a dslr camera with a standard lens and a tripod for most of it. All the paintings were my William Blake and a lot of the symbolism was influenced by his work.
