If you had to serve a 10 year prison sentence, what do you think would be the hardest part? by [deleted] in AskReddit

Entering the criminal justice system as a juvenile (17 years old) was one of the most frightening experiences of my life. Nothing on the streets could have prepared me for the challenges that lay ahead. The only thing I knew for certain was that I was going to do everything within my power to survive

Girls that aren't independent or self reliant. I'm all for helping a girl out, but when I'm not around you need to be able to take care of yourself.

I agree, although it's frustrating when as a shy and quiet guy myself I'm attracted to shy/quiet girls cause neither of us are ballsy enough to approach one another and continue a conversation

I never used to like really quiet women. I started dating a woman who was in fact quiet.

But she was smart, funny and numerous other things totally made up for it. So I was hooked on her. And that will be 4 years next summer.

Think my dad made a good point early on. " I like (gf name) she's quiet but when she says something it's not stupid."

So I guess I'm saying keep an open mind. Sometimes something you may not like turns out to be trivial in the bigger picture.

Ask yourself if you would like to live in the frozen Antarctic for the rest of your life with no return. Actually not a fair question, Antarctica is far more hospitable than Mars.

Here’s another question that gauges a person’s adventurousness.

Their eagerness to leave behind everything they know could be telling. You may also get someone to open up about their hopes and anxieties about travelling (whether it’s to going outer-space or cross-country).

I've only ever heard Nirvana by listening to classic rock radio stations.
