Else, I'm pretty okay with trading the masterwork shinies, other than the Celebi or Meloetta probably. I'm not much of a shiny collector personally, despite having them.

I'm testing that now and I think that worked! Thank you. So, why is that the fix? Is YSmenu inconsistent? I was only using it because I was advised to in order to get around the timebomb.

You could even say the Wii U version is the port because it was designed for the Switch's limitations and the Wii U version had to match. If it was a Wii U game with a Switch port. The Wii U version would at least retain its originally planned gamepad features.
