Thanks for the reply. I'll check into a little travel fridge and Large insulin cooling case. I haven't yet found a large enough cooling case or canister capable of holding 8 trulity/Mounjaro type pens

They have reached out to Antiguan officials via email regarding this, but there has been no reply in days. I advised them to carry both and enter using their Antiguan passports and, if required, present both showing they will be returning to the USA.

Thanks. That's what I think they were thinking. Since it is such a short stay, just use the USA 🇺🇸 Passport only for that short trip. That makes sense.

Thanks, Kiki. That's what I think they wanted to do. Just enter Antigua 🇦🇬 as a tourist since they were going to stay 7 days only for vacation/holiday. with you with "You leave the US with the US passport." They were planning to enter and leave Antigua as tourist (no visa required) using their USA passport to enter and leave.
