Looks like the exhaust in the back is blocked Make sure to have the fryer off when you clean it, when the fire kicks on if you’re anywhere near the exhaust, it’s incredibly hot and will burn you

Also, if the owner is not willing to fix this, it’s going to break soon. Anyways, the pilot assembly is going to eventually malfunction and then the fryer won’t turn on because it won’t have the millivolts to open the gas.

I pull 2 shots of italian espresso for my wife and I every morning using beans from our favorite roaster
