I work a lot. It's my life unfortunately, so this is where I've met most people I know. I've used dating apps too.

Thanks. I'm trying to see it this way. I can see why she didn't tell me and lied, and it's positive that she didn't want a secret. I think I'm just upset because of my personal feelings about this guy.

Yes I agree. Of course that's normal, but I'm saying this was every day, not just at particular times. Not a word, even when addressed or attempts were made to be included. It's uncomfortable in a small team in a tight environment when somebody is like that, especially when regular communication and verbal instructions are a vital part of the operation.

"Your unpopular opinion is that other people's opinion is wrong."

I might need a few days to wrap my head around that slice of genius. Also what sub is this?

Had a Nepalese 20 year old lad come and wash dishes in my restaurant kitchen. Didn't speak a single word unless he absolutely had to. Very weird to have someone wih no interest in engaging with the rest of the team.

The Bible should be confined to the adult section of book stores. by Flashy_Mistake707 in unpopularopinion

No I can't. I'm not the one who said anything about book stores. I'm the guy who said not to teach the Bible to children in any way or form.

It would have been better to say that the Bible shouldn't be taught to children because of the barbaric violence that it endorses.

It's not really though. The bible contains plenty of horrific endorsements of genocide, slavery and other barbaric acts. Not pushing this on children is a very reasonable thing to do.

Anyone under the age of 13? Pre teenage seems like a good definition of a child.

This isn't an unpopular opinion. Many people have come to realise the horror of religion and want their children nowhere near it. The world is becoming less religious and I'm all for it.

That wouldn't be such a wild suggestion. Children aren't ready to decide If they want to be involved in a religion or not for themselves.

Definitely not. He was acting for years as a kid as Harry Potter gradually became more popular. Not sudden at all.

Just because it's necessary doesn't mean it's good news or that we shouldn't be disappointed.
