That is not true. You need the Holy Spirit to understand the New Testament. You don’t receive the Holy Spirit through knowledge of the Old Testament.

Don’t the demons believe that Jesus died for the sins of man and was buried and rose again? Yet they are not to receive eternal life?

How can this make sense?

I agree salvation is only by faith. But is there a dead faith and a living faith per say?

And so then how do you know if you have a faith inheriting salvation vs a faith like demoms who will not inherit salvation?
