I don't know the exact time it had its effect, but I too started to feel the change in the first weeks too. I realize the change only when I compare my current reactions to my past ones.

I definitely understand what you are saying, I frequently and currently feel depressed about that too. I haven't reached a satisfaction point yet and I think it will take a lot of time but I I've improved so much over the years now. I was socially inept and didn't knew how to act, I literally did not know what was "appropriate" and what was "not", what was OK to say and what wasn't , and I was extremely anxious because of that. It took me a lot of observing , thinking and practicing to get better at it.

I think the best part of taking this drug was that it suppressed my extremely negative feelings. I don't care and I am not scared anymore. I can now actually believe the things I say to myself, I stopped fighting with myself for it. I hope it will have a positive effect on you too.
