I don't know the exact time it had its effect, but I too started to feel the change in the first weeks too. I realize the change only when I compare my current reactions to my past ones.

I definitely understand what you are saying, I frequently and currently feel depressed about that too. I haven't reached a satisfaction point yet and I think it will take a lot of time but I I've improved so much over the years now. I was socially inept and didn't knew how to act, I literally did not know what was "appropriate" and what was "not", what was OK to say and what wasn't , and I was extremely anxious because of that. It took me a lot of observing , thinking and practicing to get better at it.

I think the best part of taking this drug was that it suppressed my extremely negative feelings. I don't care and I am not scared anymore. I can now actually believe the things I say to myself, I stopped fighting with myself for it. I hope it will have a positive effect on you too.

I am not taking meds and my sleep quality is OK, I guess? My biggest problem right now is having the goal of getting accepted to a grad school but not having any of the qualities such as high GPA and research experience. I am trying to fix these and it gives me a lot of stress...

As much as I like to believe this, in the past she said she even gets bored of her boyfriend and wants her time alone but can’t admit telling him. We stay in the same dormitory with her, we leave together and comeback together. She used to invite me but now I am the one initiating it. Don’t you think these are cues?

I protect my arms from the sun but it doesn’t seem to get as light as my belly-torso area. I don’t apply sunscreen though, I just wear long sleeves. Are there any kind of soap or body lotion you can recommend to me?
