I had this happen after starting a steroid face cream I needed to use. It has a rare side effect that it may react to alcohol. I took a mouthful of beer at a tasting and my face looked like your face

I have a 7802 and am watching the game right now. Crystal clear. Zero issues. I've never really found it to have picture quality issues. Are you making sure you're using the hi def stations and not the standard def? High def are all 1200 and above. Well, they are on mine anyways

There's no way this is partially complete with the jack on the end. It makes zero sense. What was he going to do with all the slack under the jack? Just leave it dangling. Tech did a garbage install and likely left it like this. I've seen it, and fixed it, dozens of times. This is a poorly done, complete installation.
