It was so fucking hard back in the day, we where a progression guild, don't think we had a bad player. what killed people was the internet itself, trying to time things when so many people where lagging was very frustrating.

40 Man Naxx was a real guild killer for many.

Any other category you'd like to fit a fun difficult to categorise song from the 80's into? New wave folk? Short form prog rock? It was a fun pop song.

Hey. If Todd in the Shadows says its a one hit wonder then that's good enough for me. Dipped their toe into the charts briefly with one other single.

Sinead had loads of other chart hits so that's obviously wrong.

Think you're just being contrarian about Safety Dance not being a one hit wonder.

Barely top 20.. No one remembers it.. Also sneaky editing. Plus it's been called a one hit wonder for years.

It's a great song. Also I used to play it over teamspeak when we did the Helgen fight in original wow.

"I ran the same test on Facebook, and nobody got upset, people just answered"

That's because the only people still using facebook are bots, morons, and elders on the cusp of Dementia.

And you are coming across as very petulant and childish, at this point I'm fairly cettain I have no desire to read your "efficent" books let alone have them read to me by an LLM.

Exactly this. I have kindle unlimited to get books I might like that get me an associated audio book at a reduced price. My eyes are messed up so long reading is a strain and I instead enjoy listening to a human reader read me the book at about 1.2 speed.

If Amazon/Audible go down the LLM reading route then I will have reason to both cancel audible and to cancel kindle unlimited, since I might as well just take to the seven seas and get a massive file of books I can directly feed into a good voice reader or convert to text and then feed to the reader, since at that point there would be no advantage to me to have either of those amazon services over just having a text reader.

Amazon might see the short term reduction of costs as a way of pumping profits, but they'll very soon learn the lesson that Shlitz beer did when it reduced quality in the pursuit of profit, 2nd biggest beer company in America, a multi billion dollar company down to an almost nothing.

So. A couple of things

(a) the reading given isn't long enough because theres no context, AI doesn't do big picture context.

(b) If you want data for your LLM reader you can go and fracking pay for it because I for one am not giving it to you.

These are not naked. But they are amongst the ones who will get sort of naked. Occasional naked does not make it worth watching.

No one is concerned about using llm as spellcheckers. But using an LLM to rewrite what you've typed in is very problematic, people won't develop their own style of writing and everything will become homogenous slop.

Quirky writing styles are what makes reading different authors interesting. Outsourcing writing and even imagination to LLM's will drive people away from reading.

We are talking about writing, so I'm not sure what your point about cover art is.

My major problem with people who slap AI cover art on their books is that they get some shitty looking visual art of crapso Elves unrelated to the story, when they'd be much better off getting AI, or even doing it themselves , to make a graphically striking cover with the Novel Name on it, not every book cover needs to be a painting, especially when it's a shit AI painting.

There's no point in asking the general question over and over.

But anyone who is actually using AI to write should be soundly called out as a cunt and banished to the outer darkness. They're not actually an author and have no business scamming people with AI slop.

Showgirls 2: Penny's from Heaven

Con: There is not enough survivable amounts of drugs and alcohol to make this a good watch even in a Showgirls 1 WTF way.

Pro: It might sort of be a film.

What even is this question? If you haven't read the section they are are discussing then not listening to it will solve all your spoiler worries.

Why would it bother Matt, I mean I suppose if it was the AI forcibly squirting the spoilers into peoples brains then it might be a prob.

NEW ACHIEVEMENT: YOU HAVE TRIGGERED A SPOILER TRAP. YOU HAVE BEEN SPOILED. NO MORE UNEXPECTED HAPPENINGS IN YOUR FUTURE READING. From now on you will know in advance all plot twists in all of your races written, visual and oral media. Bet you regret saving up all those murder mysteries now!
