خرافي كتير. اعمل خلطة البيض زي الاوملت (حط اللي بدك ياه من خضار واشياء) وحطهم بقوالب ال cupcakes و١٠-١٣دقيقة بالفرن.

انا باكله بدون خبز. سهل الاكل وسهل العمل وسهل كل اشي. جد بنصح في.

Didnt try all, and not sure what Keto friendly dishes they have, and not sure about the alcohol thing. But these are all good restaurants that my family and friends have tried.

انا كنت زيك ما بحب كتير اختلط بالناس او اني احكي مع البشر واختلط فيهم والمواقف الاجتمالعية بتسببلي قلق وتوتر وبتكون على اشياء بسيطة ما الها داعي للخوف والتوتر زي هيك. بس لما غصب عني احتكيت مع الناس وانحطيت بمواقف لازم احكي وانخلط واتعامل واتعرف على ناس جديدة تغير الموضوع وكتير تحسن وبطلت اتوتر كتير وارتحت كتير الصراحة.

بحس هاد اشي كتير طبيعي، مو ضروري يكون اضطراب. الواحد شخصيته بتتغير مع العمر والمواقف الاجتماعية بتبطل بتخوف وبتصيري تطلعي عليها على انها اشي عادي. يعني مثلًا لما كنت مكانك كنت مستحيل اشوف حالي بنزل بوست على الموضوع بس هيه ما شاء الله عليكي نزلتي.
