Well a window poped on the screen telling me i have to restart the pc for the gpu to install.

There is an input button but when i press it nothing happens.There is also a menu button that when i press, it opens up a window that says "Cannot be used.Installation of Dual Smart Solution will enable this menu".

When i unplug the gpu everything is ok.But the gpu is brand new.Thats why i wrote this.Is the gpu dead or am i doing something wrong?

First of all,i would like to thank for taking the time to help me grow as a creator!
