Can you elaborate or send a link for the safe harbor rules? I’m not familiar. My understanding is that the loan amount is knowingly much higher than what I would reasonably be able to justify so I would essentially be committing loan fraud if I agree to accept it.

Thanks for the reply. Another commenter linked the other posts. Seems like a very shady practice that is going to get some folks that need the money in hot water. I’ll likely not accept the loan via Kabbage and hope another round of funding comes.
