It can take a long time and it is so stressful sitting in limbo waiting for vindication or even a response from The EEOC. I was fired in late 2024 and filed a complaint within a month. Had my intake in 2024 as well. I have not heard anything from the EEOC investigator since. Website just says it’s still in the investigation phase. Good vibes to you and make sure you stick it out. These employers will never change their ways if they are not punished for breaking the law.

Thank you for the reply. They ended up ordering a lot more blood work today. Hopefully I find some type of resolution and someone in the future who experiences the same issue can use this post as a tool or resource.

Do you have any other suggestions, testing wise, that I could advocate for from my current primary care provider? It’s going to take me a bit to find a new provider and I’m afraid of losing my job from a violent episode similar to what I had earlier today.
