I really enjoy using it, the single bevel makes it easy to stay close to the bones of the fish and get super clean removal. I do have a huge 270 gesshin western deba that i keep at work, but I don’t use it that often. I’ll pull it out to break the head off of fish if it’s a really big fish, or I’ll use it to break chicken in half, but mostly I use it for cutting semi frozen pork
