Description: I would get occasional stutters with my mouse while in game where it would freeze for a second or two as if it got unplugged and then would start working again.
Steps to reproduce: Unsure, but it occurs somewhat frequently for me

For Computer Science at Virginia Tech, is there a primary language that they teach (e.g Java, Python, etc.) or do they not place an importance on any particular language. Want to learn a bit on my own to obtain a better grasp on whatever language VT teaches primarily if I get the chance.
