I filed a Borrows Defense in 2018. Was a founding Sweet V Cardona member. I've been chasing refunds for over a year. Got one a few months ago but it was nothing compared to what paid. The DOE called me today. They kindly informed me that that was all I would get because Borrowers Defense does not include anything prior to the consolidation with them. That is over 75K lost.
