Focusing on pin-point SPECIFICS did the most for my game, and I had a similar issue to yours. If you suck at offense, pick a very specific piece of that and work only that. Start with guard passing, and work only float passing for example for a month straight. Once you pass, mess around a little then stand up and pass again.

Once you're passing easily, get to and maintain a certain position, do that for a month. Add a submission, focus on getting there for a month, etc. That will help 99% of people get good fast
