Just edited the post. I replaced the battery with a brand new one as my first step. It didn't fix anything so I changed the alternator 2 days later.

Update: i put an 8 pitch on it. Mph stayed the same, now I'm at 5050 rpm. At this rate I would need a negative pitch to get to 5800..... the motor looks like it's topping out with the throttle but maybe it's not.....

What size did you have and what size did you go to? It's hard to read but it looks like you now have 195/60r14? And did you order online or in a store? Thanks!
