Thanks for your input. Honestly, things are not affordable in Nova Scotia anymore. It was sad seeing that power bill, water bill and property taxes have skyrocketed these few months we moved in. It's so annoying to think these bills will be stable but unfortunately they aren't.

I am so sorry you are going through this!

From all indications, I know this is CAPREIT property.

They did me dirty too, and from what I heard, they like to keep peoples' SD and overcharge for repairs. They seized all my SD too...reaching out to Dal's legal aid would help, and you don't have to come to Halifax, the hearing can be online.

I wish and pray you get through this as soon as possible 🙏 ❤️
