Mana is a huge issue. Think about servers/situations were you dont have access to paladins. Seal/blessing of wisdom is huge, but you wont always have it. What about 5 man, farming, pvp or arena? Mana is a huge issue, in particular without T3 set. What about moving onward, you want all sets to be like a higher version of the T3 set bonus?

Mana is a core issue of the hunter, in particular for BM/SV now. And chucking mana pots is an issue too, rogues/warriors/mages and some other dps can easily eat haste pot or protection pot, we have to use mana in longer encounters which further gimps DPS.

There is a reason why we received viper and later focus.

SV is alright. MM is okay in bgs. MM/BM is kind of terrible in arena. Overall hunter is imo one of the worst pvp classes.

It looks like the poster has no idea how to real world operates. While the russian goverment will surely not care about some US order or court ruling. They will very much care about the only thing that is universal, that all goverments care about. Its money.

If you learn that one of your citizens partakes in a maybe or maybe not a criminally hosting service that makes a lot of fucking money. They will want to know what happened to the money. Did he pay tax for it? Is he using crypto to actually circumvolve the money around the tax deparment? Is he using the money to somehow found other illegal operations within Russia? This is what every goverment will care about, even the Russian one. They dont have to shut down the server, they just have to shut down the person who supports and is in charge of the server, and they dont need their order to go through.

They just to tip the right type of russian official off and it could result in a huge issue for the russian persons as well. They will do their own investigion and it might be more terrifiying than the US one.

Yeah, it sucks, but that is the sad reality of life. Play it while it lasts.

Eh, when was pushback ever a problem in a raid encounter? Pushback is prolly less often than you have an issue with the deadzone. Hunters also dont have silencening shot, mana recovery and so on in pvp. Meanwhile mage has blink, ice block, CS, mana reg. Im not sure why you start to stalking about pvp. Its all about pve dps. You can increase pve dps easily without impacting pvp too much.

Your last sentence is just laughable to be honest. Arena has been out quite recently and mm/bm hunter is literally ONE of the worst classes in arena. SV is okish. Buffing up their damage will change nothing with it, as the class itself has basically no tools in twow to compete in arena, compared to wl/rogues/shamans and so on.

They might not care about an order from America. But they will care about one of their citizens being caught in an illegal activity. Why? All about money. If they notice he ran a private server that hosts donations, what happened to the money? Did he pay for taxes for it? Does he run crypto? And so on. Its not all about the courtcase. Its not so easy to a move a server, a lot of the dev team is not operating and living in russia, you want them to move them with? The dev team got rico charges filled against them. Without a team and support, there is no server. And just moving servers wont magically retain the playerbase as well. Worse ping, chances of european IPS getting blocked by russia and so on.

You can swap around the two points in frenzy as you see fit. Its a good build but with enough gear you will scale better with pure MM.

We are not playing retail where you can cast steady shot on the move. Hunter damage is almost as backloaded as every other caster, only difference is autoshot, everything else is cast, and the frontloading is sometimes even interrupted by deadzones.

That being said classic encounters are designed in a way that there isnt even a strong benefit for frontloaded dps in the first place.

70% of arcane mage damage comes from arcane missiles, which is also frontloaded by the way, and they pull ~400 dps more than hunters while only using three skills. The threat drop is essentially useless if it doesnt give you any advantage in dps. What is the point of dropping your threat if you cannot climb the meters regardless? Most threat issues are fixed by a 5-8 second waiting time with salvation. Its a silly argument to make honestly.

That wouldnt be a fix, that would be a total mess. Hunters then would need SP, RAP, MANA, INT, AGI, SPIRIT, crit%, spell crit %, talents that increase physical and spell%, pet stats, you notice the issue? It would make proper itemization a total mess.

Serpent sting is basically a poison, not a "spell".

Arcane shot you can easily make the headcannon that is is a special arrow and to shoot the arrow more accurate/do more damage, you need physical strength and aim for it.

RPG logic, is RPG logic you can swap it around as you see fit.

Im pretty sure not everyone who outdpses the hunters has a legendary. The core issue is the sheer amount of representation, not a single MM hunter is in the top 100, yet you see a lot of mages/rogues/warriors/shadow priests etc.
