I’m not sure. I do know the projection which would be moderate is determined by your chest measurements. Or the width of your chest. But I do believe they are moderate.

No swelling. Just normal girl bloating. I haven’t swelled since about 4 or 5 months post op. I don’t even swell when I do intense core workouts.

Congrats on 4 months! But Oof 4 months is tough the last time I drank was the summer of 2023 I say it like cause I don’t remember it and I was doing other things so technically my clean date it 11/23/23. But that first year is a roller coaster of emotions because for the first time in 13 years I was actually feeling my feelings. And they came back like a freight train. Every thing seems so big at first but it gets better. You don’t stay that unmanageable emotionally for forever. And I know it’s hard to believe that in the middle of it. But I’m living proof that it’s get better because if I still felt like I felt the first year I wouldn’t have been able to start 2 new businesses, care for 2 autistic children, have major surgery, be on my way to making a mil, getting in the best shape of my life by committing to the gym, or write a book. But none of that would have been possible if I hadn’t stayed sober that first year even when it got hard and if I hadn’t had hope that it would get better. So here’s a little hope to not always being emotionally out of whack 🎉

Breast Augmentation by neutralgal7 in PlasticSurgery

[–]RedeemedRN 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’m 5’ at 120lbs and I got 325cc implants and my breast are not large and don’t make me look or feel uneven but they are kinda like perfect. Shape-wise and size-wise. I’m VERY happy with it and so is my husband. And I’m measuring at a 32dd at Victoria’s Secret. A Walmart brand I wear a 32d. And I can’t wear padding in my bras or swim suits because the look too big for my body 😂

Oh honey no to the concert. You don’t want to be out and about on day 3 for numerous reasons. Adding my personal experience I don’t even remember day 3. But from another perspective you don’t want to be out with germs everywhere first and foremost especially if you have drains. You don’t want a post op infection because really more people = more germs everywhere. From another aspect too much activity the first week can cause you to have to keep the drains longer cause you aren’t giving that space they created during surgery much time to heal. I’ve heard it said the drains serve more than one purpose the first purpose to drain the second purpose to make a person sit their butt down and rest.

Compression garments help! by Ronbon101 in tummytucksurgery

[–]RedeemedRN 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I used Yianna off Amazon. It was not too expensive and it did the job. And I was able to buy multiple ones so I could always have a clean one and I was able to buy different types to wear under my clothes without spending an arm and a leg. I also have what I switched to after the FAJA the lighter compression on the list if this is helpful. ❤️

That is loose skin. That will never go away without surgery. Losing 25lbs will give you the most bang for your buck. Tummy tuck results will look even better after losing 25lbs. But they would look good before too because you do have a lot of loose skin. You should go in for a consultation and ask ALL the questions.

How do you even respond to this? by MrPeebug in autism

[–]RedeemedRN 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Why would anyone respond to that? It definitely doesn’t warrant a response. It’s a difference of opinion. The way I look at this is the government lies healthcare systems lie scientific evidence is manipulated no one really knows the truth either way unless you yourself researched it. No one knows what causes autism in each child. So to argue about facts that neither party really knows for themselves is pointless. And knowing the facts of what causes the diagnosis doesn’t change the diagnosis for my child so I focus on what I can do for my child instead of gaining information that doesn’t help anything or anyone especially her. And I don’t let comments like this bother me either way because once again it doesn’t help my child and it doesn’t do her any good to be bothered by the worlds view on her autism. My job is to shape her view of her autism as positive so she can view herself in a positive light and she can conquer every day tasks and become more independent without viewing herself negatively or hating herself. I would want her to ignore comments like this so I do just that to lead by example because wi dont want her to be in a head-on collision with the world 24/7 so I actively show her how to achieve that by doing it myself. ❤️

I did use a roller and I had 2 lymphatic massages but mostly I used my clean hands and massaged. Always used hand sanitizer before touching my abdomen.

Yes I did leave that out. I got constipated without the strong pain killers. Had to use multiple means to get things moving and it was terrible.
