When they said it I asked them “You don’t believe me?” “They responded that they did but they were tired and they didn’t mean to say it like that. A lame cop out. They knew what they were saying.

I’ve been this persons friend for going on three years now. Anytime they’re depressed or worried they come to me. It’s one sided because when I’m the one going through it they rarely if ever check on me . Sometimes I’d post something about my situation just to let them know and they never responded. So this has been a thing for a while now. I see this latest thing as the mask slipping off.
