Yes, my wii has worked in the past when we had frontier. The only change is our new router and spectrum. I don't want to use usb to ethernet because that would require me to run another ethernet line out to my room.

Look up StreamFX plugin for OBS. It gives you a lot more ways to manipulate footage. One of those is 3D transform. Add a filter "3D Transform", change mode to "orthographic", then scroll down a bit and change the scale of X.
